Bukan Sekadar Memilih Sembarangan “Autoresponder” Untuk Pemasaran Email Anda!

Salah satu peralatan penting di dalam membina bisnes internet anda adalah perisian autoresponder. Autoresponder dapat membantu anda membina senarai prospek yang dapat anda sasarkan apabila anda melakukan promosi produk sendiri atau produk affiliate. Pada masa yang sama juga, autoresponder dapat membantu anda melakukan automasi di dalam aktiviti pemasaran anda di internet.
Bagi saya, pemasaran email dengan menggunakan autoresponder merupakan senjata utama saya yang amat berkesan. Di dalam Pakar Affiliate, saya dan Patric Chan telah membincangkan strategi dan teknik ini di dalam perbualan temuramah selama satu jam. Ini merupakan satu topik yang saya berikan penekanan khusus di dalam Pakar Affiliate bagi menekankan betapa pentingnya penggunaan autoresponder dan pemasaran email – lebih-lebih lagi jika anda melakukan pemasaran affiliate di dalam pasaran tempatan.
Walaubagaimanapun, saya masih lagi mendengar pelbagai alasan mengatakan langganan autoresponder adalah mahal dan sebagainya.
Jika ini benar, saya perlu bertanyakan kepada anda sekali lagi.
Kalau saya katakan yang bisnes internet anda tak akan dapat hidup tanpa penggunaan autoresponder, adakah anda akan cuba mencari bajet setiap bulan untuk melaburkannya di dalam langganan autoresponder anda? Jangan salah faham, saya tak katakan yang bisnes anda tidak akan dapat hidup tanpa autoresponder kerana saya tidak tahu apakah model bisnes yang anda adaptasikan ke dalam bisnes internet anda. Saya berikan kenyataan ini untuk menekankan bahawa betapa pentingnya anda mempunyai autoresponder di dalam bisnes internet anda, lebih-lebih lagi untuk pemasaran affiliate pasaran tempatan.
Pada masa yang sama juga, saya perlu maklumkan kepada anda satu lagi kunci penting di dalam kejayaan promosi email anda.
Mempunyai autoresponder adalah penting tetapi anda masih lagi perlu memenuhi satu lagi kriteria di mana autoresponder anda dapat menghantar email kepada pelanggan atau senarai nama anda dengan jayanya.
Di sinilah kebanyakan bakal usahawan internet tempatan kurang berikan perhatian. Saya tidak pasti sama ada ianya disebabkan kos atau kurangnya penekanan yang diberikan, tetapi “deliverability” atau peratusan email yang berjaya dihantar kepada pelanggan atau prospek anda juga memainkan peranan penting.
Sebagai contohnya, jika anda mempunyai 1,000 orang di dalam pangkalan data autoresponder anda dan apabila anda menghantar satu email kepada 1,000 orang ini, cuma 50 orang sahaja yang akan dapat email yang anda hantar, tidakkah ini tersasar daripada tujuan utama kita menggunakan autoresponder?
Bila anda menggunakan autoresponder, anda mahukan peratusan penghantaran email yang tinggi kepada pelanggan atau prospek anda.
Berbalik kepada contoh di atas, jika autoresponder X cuma dapat berikan peratusan 5% dan Autoresponder A dapat berikan 60% peratusan penghantaran email, tidakkah autoresponder A lebih baik? Sudah tentu kerana lebih banyak orang akan dapat melihat email anda yang mana email tersebut mungkin dapat menghasilkan lebih banyak jualan bagi anda.
Faktor harga autoresponder sebenarnya adalah salah satu sebab kenapa ramai bakal usahawan internet tempatan mengambil jalan mudah untuk tidak menghiraukan statistik peratusan yang saya berikan di atas.
Autoresponder X cuma $5.95 setiap bulan tetapi Autoresponder A pula mengenakan caj $19.95 setiap bulan. Jika dilihat kepada logik, memang Autoresponder X menguntungkan tetapi jika anda guna Autoresponder A, percaya atau tidak, anda mungkin akan dapat buat lebih banyak keuntungan dengan jualan yang anda hasilkan apabila menggunakannya. Sebabnya ialah peratusan pembaca email anda yang tinggi di dalam penggunaan Autresponder A berbanding Autoresponder X.
Anda lakukanlah sendiri pengiraan matematik sekiranya 10,000 berjaya dikumpulkan di dalam Autoresponder X dan Autoresponder A. Dengan projeksi 5% dan 60% peratusan kejayaan penghantaran email, Autoresponder X berjaya menghantar email kepada 500 pembaca, manakala Autoresponder A berjaya menghantar email kepada 6,000 pembaca. Jika 2% pembaca membeli produk berharga RM10, Autoresponder X berjaya menghasilkan jumlah jualan sebanyak RM100 manakala Autoresponder A berjaya menghasilkan RM1,200. Walaupun angka yang saya berikan ini cuma hipotesis, kebenarannya tidak jauh daripada apa yang dialami oleh usahawan internet yang berjaya.
Jadi, semasa hendak membuat langganan autoresponder, lihat dahulu kredibiliti syarikat pengendali autoresponder tersebut. Sekiranya syarikat pengendali autoresponder tersebut adalah baru, besar kemungkinan syarikat tersebut perlu mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan “Internet Service Provider” yang lain untuk memastikan email autoresponder mereka berjaya dihantar ke email Yahoo!, Google, AOL dan sebagainya. Tanpa kredibiliti dan hubungan yang baik ini, agak sukar untuk pengendali autoresponder yang baru ini untuk bersaing dengan pengendali autoresponder yang lama yang telahpun mempunyai kredibiliti yang kukuh di dalam industri pemasaran email.
Anda boleh lihat sendiri yang saya menggunakan servis autoresponder daripada GetResponse disebabkan perkara yang sama seperti yang saya bincangkan di atas. Walaupun mungkin ada lagi servis autoresponder yang lain yang mungkin lebih baik peratusan penghantaran email mereka, saya rasa GetResponse juga merupakan antara yang terbaik di dalam bidang pemasaran email autoresponder.

Are Sales Page Opt Ins Decreasing Your Affiliate Commission?
There are over a hundred affiliate marketing businesses running actively nowadays with people striving to earn a stable income online. One of the most popular trends is to become an affiliate of Clickbank products and to sell these to interested customers through a sales page. But of course, with such a strong competition and lack of knowledge on how to effectively sell these digital products, a lot of internet marketers tend to lose the will and the resources to continue selling as they encounter problems and issues regarding the products they sell, the links being used, and the like. For this article, the issue whether sales page opt ins are a factor of decreasing commissions will be discussed to provide insight and understanding as to how this internet marketing tool works and how one can actually benefit from it.
As we all know, the role of the affiliate is to sell the product through a sales page to customers online. The sales page would normally contain the content introducing the product, the link that will lead them back to the main website where they can purchase the product, and of course an opt in list for the customer to receive mails and updates with regards to the product. These opt ins are usually paired with freebies and bonuses that the customer can avail of, so by entering their email addresses in the opt in box they are not only signing up for the bonuses and email updates but crediting your page for commission. The truth is affiliate marketing systems as well as Clickbank websites track the referrals of their affiliates through cookies and the IP address used, in which the former would normally be saved into the computer not less than 60 days at the most. So most likely if the customer decides to opt in to the mailing list of the vendor, the ID of the affiliate will be identified and the sales will be credited to his or her account. Though there is no assurance that the customer will buy the product, the fact that he or she found his or her way to the mailing list through the affiliate’s sales page will already indicate that the commission will still go to him or her and that he or she will still be paid months from now.
But of course, there are certain possibilities that you as the internet marketer would lose commissions if there are opt ins on the sales page. Supposing the customer decides to opt in into the mailing list but decides to check out the product a little later. If he or she erases all cookies in the PC or decides to use a different browser to buy the product, then most likely the commissions won’t go to you.

Kuala Lumpur Street Hawkers
In the past the street hawkers in the city of Kuala Lumpur will do their petty trading by the roadside or at the shops five foot path.


As these petty traders turn up to be an eye catcher to the tourists in Kuala Lumpur, the City Hall decided to build-up the giants canopy for the convenience of the traders and the visitors.


In the posting today, I put up some pictures of the street hawkers at the Jalan Masjid India near Wisma Yakin.


At the street hawkers here, the visitors can buy cheap clothing, watches, caps and even the Malay traditional herbs.


Beside the tourists, the locals from all walks of life are also regularly visiting this street hawker center.


Wisma Yakin the shopping complex adjoining to this street hawker canopy do sell beautiful batek and songket cloths.
